Terrible service provider. Sent Lenore (one of the owners) a request for a quote along with photos and instructions on how to access garage and she failed to instruct the technican correctly and went to the wrong property garage claiming that the issue was the remote. As a result, the garage door was never serviced and they never called back to offer an alternative date. I called a week later and they stated that they couldn't do the work at all. Business response:
The customer did not explain that the garage was not near the condo. We did respond but could not get in. We did a job at this customers house. I also don't feel that we service several of her properties. This particular job was not a job that we had done originally. As like the rest of the world we are dealing with COVID short staffed, and material shortage. Sorry if this customer did not understand.
