I was traveling overseas and urgently needed my contact lens prescription because I didn’t have spare contacts. Even after explaining my situation and verifying my identity, the office refused to provide my prescription information. The lack of compassion and unwillingness to help a long-time patient in an emergency was extremely disappointing. I will be changing providers.
Not happy!!! Today my husband called to get in to have Dr Hickle look at his eyes. Something is seriously wrong with them. Looks like the white of his eye was nothing but blood. It looks so awful!! The lady that answered said I cannot book an emergency visit, and I cannot get you an appointment till October. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. My husband said I could be blind by then. I've been going to this establishment for 30 yrs. I've never had any problems with staff or the doctors.
Nice enough people but worthless for anything else.
