Everyone I’ve encountered here has been wonderful. Deedria Woods and Stacy Bacon have helped me get to the point I am now where I am doing mentally better than I have in a long time. I am so appreciative of everyone’s work. The front desk girls are always helpful and welcome me with a smile. People will always find something to complain about and post negative reviews on but that is not a true reflection of the quality of care provided here. These are individuals who are passionate about helping people.
I got a response to my comment ALL LIES!!!!!!!!!!! I've call quality control I have been waiting months for someone to talk to me. IF YOU WANT HELP GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!Therapist says case manager and patient navigators are resources USE them!!! I have an issue where I need to find resources all I get is we can't help!!!!! They can't help me find info online??? I called Eric Thompson who I was told oversees Crawford County mental health all I got from his assistant was a mean phone call from my case manager..
