Average experience, I was recently prescribed a med that I was given a year ago after a hospitalization that was found to have a negative interaction with evidence from a genesight report that they have on record. There is attunement in some areas but the error demonstrated incompetence. Mistakes are made by anyone so it's nothing personal. Staff is overall friendly.
