Our experience with Crawford & Company and their subsidiary contractor connection was horrific. From the outset, it felt like they were more interested in protecting their contractors than fairly evaluating the situation. We provided extensive, well-documented evidence (including photos and text messages) clearly showing that the project was not completed and the little work that was completed was riddled with poor workmanship. Very poor experience. Based on how my matter was handled, I would not recommend Crawford to anyone. Unprofessional communication, repeated delays, lack of accountability, and a process that felt careless from start to finish. Their mistakes caused more stress and wasted time instead of resolving the issue. I would strongly suggest others think twice before hiring them.
