Very bad follow up service, feel like I'm being ignored and insurance claim is taking way longer than considered reasonable.
Horrible communication and they forced me to pay the deductible for a not at fault accident which goes against my policy. I switched insurance companies after this experience.
They took 7 weeks to respond & deny a claim with a 1 page letter full of inaccuracies. When I counter the inaccuracies with facts they do not respond/ignore my emails. 40 years in the business world dealing with Insurance companies and this is without question the worst I have ever dealt with. BTW, read the slogan on their website, lol. BEWARE, false advertising!!
