horrible! - poor snow management in winter- expect to not get to work etc at all if more than 4 inches of snow which is unacceptable ! A very noisy community- especially during late nights.. many many cars in and out of the lots with loud music, partiers, missing mufflers.... grounds are not well taken care of- animal & geese excrement everywhere ...dogs are allowed to be walked anywhere and owners are not held responsible for doggie bagging waste.....
