Working with Lamar as a first time home buyer was wonderful! He prides himself in his work and treated our inspection as if it were a house he were going to buy. Before he completed the inspection he had us meet him on site and showed/discussed with us everything he was going to put in his report. He was kind, easy to talk with, and great at answering any questions that we had. I would highly recommend him to anyone (especially first time home buyers) that is looking for a home inspector.

Recently purchased a house in West Alabama. The house was a beauty, updated kitchen, baths, and great floors. My realtor suggested different home inspectors and I choose Crawford and assoc. Lamar did a great job, very thorough and honest then took the time to explain his inspection. The inspection revealed a potentially costly issue, allowing me get a full picture of the home. As a first time homebuyer everything about the process made me nervous. My inspection turned everything around. He was very thorough, walked me from room to room, outside, etc. I felt at ease with a clear understanding. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Rates were reasonable as well.
