We have been going there for 10 years the only place we eat in Gatlinburg the staff is great the food was excellent and the drinks are really good

My first and last time ever coming here. I was really wanting to try it for my birthday dinner because they have seafood. We waited 45 mins, no big deal considering it was a Saturday night. The hostess was rude and you could tell she did not want to deal with people. Once we ordered, our food came out cold and 3x we waited for the other things we needed (crackers, forks, etc). Service was pretty good. The quality of the salad was a bit off( brown chunks) but the size of the shrimp was good. The okra was quite tasty. Love the decor and lighting inside the restaurant. We actually ate outside.

We drove from Cincinnati to Gatlinburg last night and kept talking about our first stop was going to be Crawdaddys. Thursday nights are not too busy this time of year so everything was closing much earlier than normal.we got there about 50 minutes before closing time and felt bad bc we wanted to stay awhile and have a few drinks and gator bites.
