We were there a week ago and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. It was by accident we ended up there but so happy we did. Charlie, the manager there made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant in taking care of us. He does a great job!
Was on vacation this past week with my family and visited here for lunch on Sunday. Gary was our server which was the best server we had that whole week of going to different restaurants in Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. The food was delicious and we was very pleased with everything.

Asked if we could sit outside and order drinks, hostess said sure. Sat outside, server never even looked our way. We waited for 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge we were there. The server talked to the people in front of us but acted as if we weren’t there. Got up and left and went across the street where they were happy to serve us.
Terrible service.... waitress couldn’t find DOB on my ID so literally said “what the hell” and rolled her eyes.... took forever to get our beer, and another 45 mins to get appetizers... waitress never refilled drinks for others in our group. Ordered a 1 lb crawfish app and there were literally 7 crawfish on the plate with tons of potatoes... also ordered gator bites and got about 10 pieces with about 3/4 of the platter being full of okra..... food sucked. Highly disappointed and safe to say we won’t be back!
How can they not know how to make a Hurricane or even know what's in it?
The oyster were amazing!!!!
