Horrible service, food was cold, no drinks on the table until after the apps arrived. Had to reminder server several times about our order, took a long tome to receive food. Brought wrong food to the table, had to ask for refills several times, silverware. Just all around not a good experience.

The manager Charlie was really friendly and the food was absolutely delicious! We had alligator and okra, fried green tomatoes, and bacon wrapped streak with shrimp, lobster Mac n cheese . Food was perfect!

last night we ate at crawdaddys let me tell you the food was AMAZING on the side note our waitress accidentally spilled a cup of water on me but it was ok cause they saw I was cold and soaked and they gave me one of there crawdads shirts from gift shop for free!! And took mine and autumns food off the check this place is beyond amazing and such kind people.first time here and I would go there again !!!! Such an amazing place to go when down here in Gatlinburg! 😊😊😊😊😊
