He is hard to get into see, and you may wait a long time. But, he is worth waiting for. Despite being busy his diagnostics are precise and decisive and his surgical skills are excellent.
There's something wrong with this office. Today I waited an hour before getting up and leaving. I love Dr. Cravens, but he needs to get his office scheduling straightened out.
He did a procedure on my esophagus that went wrong. I finally saw him 3 weeks later. He ordered an esophagus x-ray, which I had. I called his office a week later. His assistant said he hadn't read the x-ray yet. She said she would ask him to read it and would get back to me. He didn't I finally went to medical records at the hospital and got the record. Unbelievable!!!!!
No DR is worth waiting two hours!!! I left after waiting two hours and was still no seen by the Doctor
