Cravens ended up completely rewiring a 1935 home for us and there were many hiccups not caused by Craven but they made it right and in the most timely manner possible. Thank you Travis, Oscar and Colton! They constantly took the time to explain everything going on and were professional the entire job providing excellent customer service.
Oscar from Cravens Electric came out as a second opinion on a cook top that was not wotking. The previous day the service expert quoted $400-$7000 dollars in work that needed to be done. I don't speak english well and was very upset because I don't understant. Oscar was great he explained every thing and I am very grateful for his honesty.
Luke, Jacob, and Thomas helped us with 6 ceiling fans installs and running a new circuit for a chandelier in our dining room. We were very impressed with their abilities and workmanship. They showed up on time, worked all day and were very neat clean and courteous. Jacob stayed with the job all day until complete around 7:30. All three were very informative and knowledgeable. Oscar gave me fast service to install a new breaker box at my Dad's home. He worked to bring the hose up to current City codes. He did a great job and I highly recommend Cravens.

Oscar has helped us with a number of electrical issues at our home, e.g., replacing ballasts and fluorescent bulbs, installing a garage security light as well as a sensor and front porch fixture, and most recently installing a home surge protector. In all cases Oscar was prompt and professional; explained the options and estimates clearly; and performed the work in an efficient and effective manner. When I need electrical work done, I call Cravens and ask for Oscar!
