Last time I was there, I was given the most expensive oil change without being asked until after it was done. I called for an appointment this morning and instead of giving me a time, I was told to have my daughter come any time. Now, she’s been sitting for 2 hours waiting for an oil change and inspection. I’d be ok with that time frame if it was just a walk in, but I called first. Don’t tell me to have her come on in if you can’t get to the car for 2 hours!!!

Layout- Off work 3:30 p.m heading east bound U.S 70 west, at half way home (23) mile drive home, and had the misfortune of a blowout left rear tire. Craven tire closes at 5:30 p.m, tow truck has an ETA 4:45. I called ahead to let them know I was on my way. 5:05 is when we pull up in the tow truck. And I need my truck to go work on Saturday. Those to tire fellas got my new tires on and I was heading out the gate at 5:24 p.m. You can best believe those 2 fellas got a Tip.
I took my car here yesterday for an inspection. I only had to pay $10. They were super fast, too. I'll definitely return when I need something else done.
They were great in and out without issues, and they only charged me $10!! what for an inspection......yes!!
I am getting my brakes checked, and the new waiting room is very comfortable and cool,, the guys have been helpful and quickly got to work on my vehicle, I will be coming back if I ever need any more repairs.
