Came out three times and charged me over $1300 and the problem still isn’t fixed. Even made another problem that can’t be fixed because they’re not available. Took off work three times to have this addressed and still didn’t get it right. Came highly recommended too by a family member. Very polite and professional but can’t do things right.

A few months ago they replace a kitchen faucet for me. A plumber that came out. But he did not do the work himself. He had an assistant do it. A few months later I had an upstairs tub leak into the downstairs. I called them for this separate issue. They came on an emergency call and charged me over $412 but did NO WORK TO FIX THE ISSUE! They were in my house maybe 35 minutes and said there would be a $95 for the call. But they charged $412!!. They are excellent and extremely polite and professional. Rich was fantastic with my mother's home, and got everything done as fast as possible. Definitely our go to plumbers for her home and mine. Without question they are worth every penny 5+
