Tony, James and Polly have personally aided in my recovery from various surgeries and injuries - shoulder, knee, ankle and back - which are treated with the latest techniques, due deligience and respect. I believe them to be the best in New Bern. I was really scared, had an EMG done but Steve made me feel very comfortable by talking, silence makes me nervous. I think his questions were to inform him but he made it in a way that made it feel like a regular conversation about gymnastics and riding horses. Very Professional and Friendly Staff as well. Highly Recommend.
Dr. Mark and the whole staff are wonderful, very understanding and choose the correct procedures for you. Not just basic exercises.. One size fits all... They actually plan to fit your needs, very thorough. I come out knowing I have been through a workout and knowing that I have a long way to drive and are very considerate of my drive. Thanks to Dr Held as well for the recommendation!
My husband has been going there since the end of February after having hip replacement surgery . Everyone is wonderful and his therapist Daniel has been a pleasure to work with and explains everything that they are going to do very well. Thank you all so much .
Early December 2016 I twisted wrong and herniated a disc in my lower back. After many visits to my primary physician I got a referral do a back specialist which in turn sent me to physical therapy. Once all the red tape was done I was able to visit twice a week. Bob (my therapist ) was very understanding, attentive and very educational. He asked specific questions about my injury and listened. I really enjoyed it. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Can't wait until next week to go again. I recommend them to my family and friends.
A wonderful place to recover from post operative issues. Personalized service and a very helpful staff make for a speedy recovery.
