Very very shady dealership. I would never refer anyone to buy from this dealership. I bought a vehicle from them, closed deal 5/31/23....as of today June 30, still no title, in fact it is still listed as being registered in Indiana. I returned the car to them to cancel the sale.....now being ghosted.....it's a nightmare, still working with the finance company, and have contacted Frankfort Ky Dealer Commissioner regarding this mishandling.
Unprofessional, four months since the purchase of my vehicle, still no title, registration or tags. Now I have to go through the process of suing . They continue to give me the run around , I’ve been overly patient during this whole process. They are basically getting over on innocent people. Something shady has to be going on with this business. What’s hard about getting the title signed and getting vehicle registered unless they don’t have the title?
