Great Veterinarian I have taken my pets here for several years, the front desk has always been both knowledgable and friendly. My pets have seen Dr. Bobbi and Dr. Vidaurri. Both were fantastic and treated my pets and me with care and compassion. Both doctors and the technicians I have dealt with have been very helpful and were willing to take time to discuss my pet's care. Would highly recommend this hospital
Front Desk BAD BAD BAD Very empowered front desk staff, they treat the customer as an annoyance. I can certainly see them enjoying making the other reviewer pay for shots before putting his pet down. They enjoy being mean and blaming it on policies that do not exist. Why can't business in this area pay a little bit more for their clerical staff that deals with the general public and get some quality employees in that position. Good vets, sad staff I liked the vets but the staff members were not very impressive. I witnessed a gentleman trying to get help with vet records and the girl at the counter was very rude. I was shuffled through with very little courtesy. I suppose it is all in who is on duty but my experience has been the same both visits. Its a good thing I value the vets over the staff. Based on staff alone I would not go back.
Skip this one I wish I could say better-really do. I had an issue happen to an animal while it was there. I only got a response after pressing the issue. All I wanted was some compassion, but they do not possess compassion there. The vet who I saw was great, it was the other staff who were uncaring, unresponsive and down right rude to clients while I was there
Dissappointed When I first moved here after boot camp and school, the first thing I did was take my ailing cat from my parents and take her to the vet. She had lost 10 and grown a baseball size tumor on her hip in my absence; she was 16 years old and I knew that I had to put her down. When I questioned this to craven hospital, they discovered that while under my parents care she didn't get any shots. So they told me that before they euthanize her they'd have to give her all her shots then charge me for those and to put her d... read more
Care I highly recommend this clinic, they truely care about their patients and they want the best for everyone. Those animals that have parents that can not afford the treatment that their pet needs have the sympathy of the staff but the owner has the responsiblity as a pet owner to provide for them because they dont have the means to do so themselves. The pet depends on their owners as a child depends on their mother.
Craven Animal Hospital Craven Animal Hospital is great. There are three vets there, and they are all very sweet ladies. I see Dr. Vidaurri and she listens so well, answers all of my questions, and really cares about my concerns. I enjoy the great customer service that I receive when I get to the office; I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pet's healthcare.
Terrific Vets We've been in New Bern three years and have been very pleased with Craven Animal Hospital. We have two cats, who are greeted (as we are) like old friends. Dr. Bobbi and Dr. Manczka are our vets, and we believe they have given high-quality care with an eye on keeping things affordable. Contrary to another reviewer's comments, when we took a stray to them and they diagnosed a grave illness, they did not demand shots before euthanizing the cat.
Let's Hear it for Craven Animal Hospital!! My dog Fudge loved his trips to the Craven Animal Hospital. How many dog can you say that about. They always treated us like family. They all knew Fudge by name and face and he was well liked. When Fudge boarded with them during our vacation and it came time to go home....well Fudge just wanted to stay with Dr. Bobbie and the girls. They spoiled him as much as we did. You can't ask for a better group of people to care for your family pet. GO CRAVEN ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!! YOU ROCK!!!
