We took delivery of 6 tons of compost this morning and it is beautiful! Both the driver and the woman I spoke to on the phone yesterday were great to deal with! I couldn't be happier with my big ol pile of compost from Craven Ag!

First time dealing with a septic related issue and was concerned with the pricing and everything else that comes with it, I was able to get someone out the very next day and was very happy with the lady I spoke with on the phone and Edgar who called to let me know he was on the way and an ETA, Edgar was very professional and like a few other comments, explained what was going on. We called on a Friday evening after finding we needed pumping ASAP and they came out Saturday afternoon to get us taken care of. Very professional and prompt service for a great price! On a scale of 1-10 I would rate them a 12! Thanks Craven AG!!
We called and had and appointment the following week. Josh called about 1/2 hour before the appointment to let us know he was on the way. Within one hour he was able to dig up the grass, pump out the system and replace the dirt and grass, all while retaining a sense of humor. Everyone, from the person on the phone, to Josh, were professional and courteous. I was referred to Craven AG by another septic tank company, and couldn't be happier with their service! When I called, they worked hard to fit me into their schedule and I had an appointment within 2 days. Sheldon was the person they sent and he was incredible! We thought we had a serious problem with our system so he took the time to explain what he was doing and what he was looking for- turns out, we didn't have a major issue- we just had a bad pump job by a previous company. We will definitely use Craven AG again!
Craven AG came out this morning to my house and did an AMAZING job. The guy was super friendly. We talked the whole time and explained what was going on. He taught me what to do if we ever have issues. Great service. I will definitely be staying with them.
