I wanted to love it here, I really did. I just moved to the area and this spa is within walking distance so it would have been perfect. I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and was immediately greeted with “did you make an appointment?!” I was like umm.. first off. Hello. No I did not. I am here to see if you have time for a pedicure. I did the Japanese head spa treatment which was advertised as a 120 minute two person service including the head spa, massage and facial. I’m disappointed as this was a very pricey service and was not entirely honestly advertised. First off they looked at my scalp in one place for 5 seconds. Second there was one person the entire time. Third she cut it short 12 minutes which is frustrating seeing ad though if you are ever late for treatments they would never add time back for you.
