Today, I had a classic pedicure with paraffin therapy at this salon. The young woman, Alivia, was absolutely lovely! 😍 She performed the entire treatment very neatly, quickly, and professionally. I highly recommend it! 👍🏻
I recently visited crave for my usual pedicure here and sadly will not be back because of the disappointing service. I really hesitated and am sad to write this since I do not like to write reviews or be negative about a small business, but this experience was so bad that needed to be addressed. I will say that my technician and the techs I’ve had before here are so kind and good at their work, but the professionalism is severely lacking. Last time I came here I had a great experience with German. This time, not so much. We scheduled 2 services for 11 am, we had to wait 15 mins to be seen because our techs were late. Every time I’ve come here on time and had to wait because techs were late to their shift. My tech cut me several times on both feet. My manicure is a sloppy and uneven. Nails too short, they hurt. We weren’t even offered water… my friend got gel which is expensive and not even water, or mimosa… Update: it’s the day after… my toe is now infected… ... read more
