Kelvin and Danny are masters of this process. Thorough and efficient. Had our loan closed 20+ days early. He got everything at once, spent time with us to get all docs and then submitted all at one time. Last loan I did, lender asked for same docs over and over. Messy, discombobulated, opposite of thorough. Kelvin and his team were true pros. I have never had anything so stressful be so EASY. Please call them if you are thinking about a purchase, a refi or anything as I just don't think you can do better.
Kelvin and the Team at Crave Loans is one of the best! Due to the crazy market, my spouse and I were scared to death about buying a house in 2021.
