The quality of this jewelry is terrible. I purchased a chain necklace and cross pendant for my boyfriend. The first time he wore it the chain broke when he got up from lying down on the couch. I went back and had the chain replaced, it then broke for a second time under no stress. I went back and replaced it for a third time with a different kind of clasp to which it then broke again. I gave up after that because it wasn’t worth replacing again for it to just break. Do not buy from here

Owner and workers are 10/10 human beings. Have been purchasing nose jewelry from them since 2018, and just got a bunch of rings on a BOGO sale (another reason I love these dudes is bc they carry big sizes that fit my sausage fingers). They ALWAYS have sales on and are incredibly generous to loyal customers or those making big purchases. Can’t recommend this place enough :)
This is the ONLY Jewelry shop that I buy my piercings from. All the staff are so nice and always help me find exactly what I need! I came in today for retainer jewelry since I’m having an MRI and they were so knowledgeable about everything. I have been shopping here since their Maddison Square location. If you ever need jewelry but your allergic to most metals please visit them they have such high quality pieces. Thank you all for everything you do! Hope your open for many more years.
