Had a great dinner with my friends last night. Always a good time and wonderful food!
Very disappointed. I enjoy the Crave at West End and the MOA, and I was excited to check out the rooftop after a Twins game 2 weeks ago. We got up to the rooftop and I ordered my drink, and we sat down. Soon we were joined at the table next to us by a bunch of 18 year olds that were wasted and bragging about being able to be on the rooftop. Now I don't know if there was just not someone there to card them or if someone just didn't care but it was terrible. The one girl was bragging that someone asked her for her i.d. and she... read more
Good food and atmosphere – Really like the steaks and sushi combo. Good service and atmosphere. Nice outing in Edina I also love going accross to Southdale. Both Galleria and Southdale are my favorite for restaurant choices.
One of MOA's best restaurants. – Crave has been one the best restaurants I have visited. When relatives are here, special occasion or just a friend lunch. Wait staff is very professional and helpful. I've had the pizza, a salmon dish and other fabulous entrees.
Made me like sushi! – I went to Crave last summer, right before I found out I was pregnant. I finally tried Sushi, and LOVED it! Only to not be able to eat it for nine months! I had the spiced ahi tuna sushi, and it was so good! They had a huge variety of food, which can be good, but also overwhelming. I liked the regular menu, but thought their specials, or maybe it was a happy hour type menu, dumbed down the regular menu. I really enjoyed this place, and would go again for sure. It can be a bit pricey, depending on what yo... read more
Fabulous restaurant – Great food, friendly staff, fun atmosphere! Best happy hour in town! Great place to meet people!
some good, some bad – I went here after getting recommendations from a few different friends. We both got the mushroom soup, which was really fantastic. Our actual meals were kind of odd though. I had squash ravioli, which has been very good at other restaurants, but in this case whoever made the recipe obviously did not think very hard. it was slathered in rhubarb sauce and really unappetizing. The other person got the seafood pizza. She was really hesitant about it but after asking the server was assured it was tasty. Well... read more
Chewy – I met some friends at Crave at the West End this week. I was happy to see that on a Wednesday the whole area was filled with people. I made a reservation and we were seated in a very nice booth right away. I was a little surprised to see the prices on the menu. The Grilled Rib Eye was $29.95, the Crab Crusted Filet Mignon was $36.95, the Nori Crusted New York Strip was $34.95. This doesn’t match you price range of $16-$25 I decided to order the Roasted Chicken & Penne - Roasted red pepper, kalamata, local goat cheese... read more
Suppose to be the new craze – Its suppose to be the new craze in Mall of America. Now there is no doubt that what we ordered tasted decent, however their menu seems more confused than anything. I am not sure if they were trying to be a bar menu or a speciality or just all over the place. The sandwich was decent and as per my friend, the bento box was not bad. So in general it may be a convenient place to grab some food after the long walk in the mall but may not be the place to find a diamond in the rough. There are much bet... read more
