Friends have told us about Crave so last Friday driving home to NH from Boston in the slushy cold rain, we decided to try it. It was almost 8pm and we were delirious with hunger. From the moment the hostess said she could seat us without a reservation, I just had a feeling we were in for a treat. Wow! The food, the cocktails/mocktails, the service, the popovers - stupendous. Bold flavor, and they know what medium rare is. In the future, Crave will not be a detour off the highway; it will be a destination. Awesome experience.
This weeks flat bread was phenomenal Bourbon soaked apples blue cheese sauce bacon and arugula = YUM!
Absolute best scallops and tuna. Atmosphere was great in the dining room & the bread pudding with Cider Hill dough , vanilla ice cream to die for. A nice anniversary evening ! Great attention to detail and presentation.
The food was fair small portions slow service pricey.
Fantastic, all around! We sat at the bar in the dining room and received wonderful service; the food was amazing! My husband and I ordered the Crispy Tomatoes and Mozzarella, they were very tasty, I loved how the tomatoes were fried but the mozz was not. I ordered the Seared Sea Scallops, and my husband ordered the Grilled Boston Strip Steak. He really enjoyed his meal, and my dish was SO full of flavor, I think they are the best I've had anywhere! Great cocktails and wine too! Wonderful night, thank you Crave!!
