Long involved story but we had to replace our grinder pump (it's a piece of equipment that grinds our some sewerage and pumps it 250 feet uphill to the sewer main) and this Company was outstanding. Special shout out to Jamie in their sales department, who had someone one meet me halfway from Columbus to Lima on a Saturday to pick up the pump. The guy I had install it buggered the o-ring that seals the pump to the outflow pipe. Jamie shipped me a replacement and didn't charge for it or the postage. We had a later issue that J... read more
