I can't say enough good things about these Crates Construction Chimney & Dryer Vent Services of LLC. They are really great to work with—quick to respond and genuinely friendly. My house has a big chimney and a steep roof, but they brought all the right gear and made sure the job was done properly. When I had a small follow-up concern, I called and Hayden came right out to check everything and made sure it was all taken care of. No more leaks! We called Crates Construction Chimney & Dryer Vent Services in Findlay when we realized our dryer was taking longer to dry clothes. Booking was easy, and Laura Hall arrived promptly. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, explaining the importance of home vent cleaning and how clogged dryer vents can affect dryer efficiency. Barron did a great job. He explain everything in detail. He was very respectful of us not wearing shoes in the house which I loved. He is very detailed and thorough. Have used this company for the 3rd time now and have always had a good experience. Kevin however was the most detailed. Had the best experience working with Crates Construction Chimney & Dryer Vent Services LLC. Eugene and Jose went the extra mile by even fixing our dryer which was off balance. They were nice, quick and very efficient. Would not doubt to recommend them to others! will be working with them in the future.
