If a company says they're going to do something, they should do it. Ultimately we got our shipment, so that's something. HOWEVER. I was promised a reimbursement last November, have called and emailed C&F over a dozen times about it. The main guy (Scott) promises to send a check -- and then doesn't. Scott is a man of his word.. The service was top notch i would recommend to everyone.. My shipment was actually early and it made my job alot easier. Thank you craters and freighters ill be doing buissness with you again very soon....
