If I could give negative stars, I would. I've bought and sold multiple houses and this was my worst experience with a realtor. Zero communication, zero help, zero effort. Never once did Judy contact us. We had to call and email to initiate any communication. My husband had to corner her at the office to get anything out of her despite multiple phone calls and voicemails left for her to call us back. Specifically, she failed to copy me on all emails and documents as requested by both myself and the other party involved.
