They fired their best nurse. Rob was taking care of my uncle and they ripped him from our care. He was highly recommended by my wife’s best friend for how he took care of her mother with passion and dignity. He has been taking care of him for the past few months and has guided us and helped him through his disease. We are getting more quality time with him because of Rob’s compassion and guidance. I love both Crater thrift store locations .I enjoy shopping in the stores. I find great deals for great prices. both locations have become my favorite hangouts so please take it from me. Stop by and check them out. Maybe you will become a regular like me.They have nice items and friendly people willing to help you in anyway possible!!!!
We can’t say enough good things about the staff at CCH. When things had deteriorated at the hospital (JW), and we knew we had to get our loved one away from there we were a little skeptical when we made that initial call. CCH had someone there to speak with us in person within 30 minutes. They told us what they could do and the timing. Dad was in Hospice for 4 days. Arrangements for care were finalized 4 days before the transfer from the hospital to the care facility. Dad chose hospice in a facility so he could have peace of mind that meds would be administered in a timely manner and his family could quietly spend his last days with him. Our encounters with Crater employees were pleasant. Everyone seemed to want to give the very best service.
