Bad service bad furniture
They didn't show up on time for the appointment they set for us to deliver at, and they left garbage inside the trailer. This is far below the standards that I've come to expect based on previous experiences hauling loads for Crate & Barrel. The one redeeming factor is that they got the trailer unloaded in about an hour.
The worst facility. They won’t let you drop the trailer until they make you wait for hours. Be prepared to waste HOURS waiting without any understanding of when all this will end. Very rude staff, they know nothing, and nothing is coordinated. There is no space, no restroom, and no office. You have to ring the doorbell and wait for someone to come out and tell you they know nothing.
