This is my second time doing a pick up order and both times, I’ve marked myself as arrived and waited 15 minutes +, only to go inside and find out that nobody was working on my order. The worker inside apologized and said the computer doesn’t refresh. He was helpful in getting me the order right away. If you do a pick up order, I recommend you just go straight inside.

Dear Crate & Barrel, We furnished our entire new home, including the Gen Suite, with Crate & Barrel in November 2022. One of the items we purchased was a media console, which is now not even three years old. Unfortunately, it has started peeling—similar to nail polish chipping—and the doors no longer close properly. I reached out to both the UTC store where we purchased it and to customer service. I just had an incredible disappointing experience at this store. My husband and I were looking for an outdoor table set that we really liked, but we felt completely ignored by the staff. There were three employees chatting away, but they didn’t even acknowledge us while we stood at the table for a long time.
