Crate and Barrel has failed to deliver a rug that my husband ordered and paid for in full over 9 months ago. At one point, C&B delivered the wrong color rug, probably hoping we'd accept that anything at this point. We made a five figure purchase based in part on the rug pulling it all together. Purchased a lot of stuff from CB before. Recently bought an ice scoop. Staff were very friendly and help me get the right size and design. But when can CB invest in some good quality price stickers, it’s really annoying these price tags wouldn’t come off easily and leave glue stains.

Only allowed me to return and get store credit because I didn’t have the original credit card
An absolute nightmare. We ordered a couch and a dining table, which could only be delivered for a $280+ fee for white glove delivery. This is understandable as the items were quite bulky. We reserved the loading dock for our building, and put the representative handling my order in touch with our building manager via email. The person in charge of communications for my delivery not only did not send over the COI, she never even responded to any of my emails.
