TLDR: Customer service for online orders is terrible, customer service for in-store customers is great. Background ========== I ordered four rimmed pasta bowls online for pick-up. Went in-store to pick up my order, which was already boxed up and ready to go. Great! While in-store, I decided to shop around and ended up purchasing a few more items. We haven't received our chair, but we loved working with Tula! She was very funny, and we loved her honest feedback and support as we picked our nursery rocking chair.
We have had an absolute horrible experience with this store. We placed an order in December which was expected to be delivered in Mid February. They keep delaying the order and now the ETA they shared is mid April. I don’t know if we will ever get our order. PLEASE AVOID THESE SCAMMERS
