I really like going to Crate and Barrel for buying serving ware, drink ware and other small items. We bought furniture from them in the past as well. I like their designs because they are out of the ordinary.
The employee who assisted us today was very rude. Please talk to her to be more polite. She was unnecessarily argumentative.
What a fantastic experience purchasing my awesome Retreat sofa from C&B. I put my trust in the very capable hands of C&Bs interior designer, Avleen Kaur, and did she ever deliver... I love this sofa. Great napping sofa… so comfy! The chenille looks and feels awesome. Highly recommended!!
Crate and Barrel has failed to deliver a rug that my husband ordered and paid for in full over 9 months ago. At one point, C&B delivered the wrong color rug, probably hoping we'd accept that anything at this point. We made a five figure purchase based in part on the rug pulling it all together. C&B keeps changing delivery dates for the correct color carpet. C&B alleges the Telluride tan color carpet will arrive any day now. Really?
