I had never been to Crate & Barrel before. I could tell as soon as I came in that I was going to fall in love! Everything was arranged and positioned perfectly! Phillip was an incredible help! We closed on our new house in December and were lucky enough to not have to move in right away. We didn’t want to rush our furniture as this is our forever home and we wanted good, quality pieces. From the initial stages of the process to the delivery of our purchased items, Jesse demonstrated exceptional customer service. Patience and a willingness to assist us in making informed decisions were evident throughout. One item was delivered to our residence, and the delivery process was seamless and hassle-free.
