This was the WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!! Usually the staff is pleasant, helpful and inviting. I frequent this location. Saturday afternoon I was helped by an associate named Yvonne. She was extremely rude and pushy. I was entering in my phone number information and that was skipped through. Her response was "you don't get points anyway". She then charged my card and by passed my email info. Next, while purchasing a gift, I had to ask to have a glass boxed, and was then told "oh you want a box".
