If I could give zero stars, I would. Living here has been a nightmare. For over eight months, I’ve dealt with water leaks from my walls, water dripping from the ceiling, a non-functional AC, a dead kitchen power socket, a broken exhaust, and only two working coils on a four-coil stove. Despite raising multiple work orders, maintenance either shows up months later, gives a half-hearted assessment, and then never returns—or they don’t show up at all. To make a long, agonizing story short I would not recommend living here to ANY new potential renters. Although I live here currently and can come up with a dictionary's worth of problems I have with the place (bugs, ignoring blatant maintenance issues, poor management, etc.), this one stands out because it's made living here nearly unbearable. Run, do not walk, RUN away from this place. Long read, but you should know what you’re getting into. From the moment we started the application in June, there was lack of communication. The only way to get a response is to go in person (hope you don’t live far away, they don’t answer the phone). After many trips to the office, we responded to a solicitation email from the complex and the manager (Amber Girouard) FINALLY responded. DO NOT RENT HERE!! Cannot stress enough how much to avoid this place. Awful management, awful maintenance, awful place in general. Even trying to apply I had to drive an hour to the leasing office MULTIPLE TIMES because no one would answer emails or answer the phone when I had questions about my application or it was put on hold. This trend of no one answering emails or phone calls continues.
