During my first year, before the new management took over, things were actually great. Other than not having regular pest control, the old staff were friendly, and maintenance requests were handled quickly. If I could give zero stars, I would. Living here has been a nightmare. For over eight months, I’ve dealt with water leaks from my walls, water dripping from the ceiling, a non-functional AC, a dead kitchen power socket, a broken exhaust, and only two working coils on a four-coil stove. Despite raising multiple work orders, maintenance either shows up months later, gives a half-hearted assessment, and then never returns—or they don’t show up at all. To make a long, agonizing story short I would not recommend living here to ANY new potential renters. Although I live here currently and can come up with a dictionary's worth of problems I have with the place (bugs, ignoring blatant maintenance issues, poor management, etc.), this one stands out because it's made living here nearly unbearable.
