To make a long, agonizing story short I would not recommend living here to ANY new potential renters. Although I live here currently and can come up with a dictionary's worth of problems I have with the place (bugs, ignoring blatant maintenance issues, poor management, etc.), this one stands out because it's made living here nearly unbearable. Run, do not walk, RUN away from this place. Long read, but you should know what you’re getting into. From the moment we started the application in June, there was lack of communication. The only way to get a response is to go in person (hope you don’t live far away, they don’t answer the phone). DO NOT RENT HERE!! Cannot stress enough how much to avoid this place. Awful management, awful maintenance, awful place in general. Even trying to apply I had to drive an hour to the leasing office MULTIPLE TIMES because no one would answer emails or answer the phone when I had questions about my application or it was put on hold. My son has lived in Crash Pads for a year now and our experience has been horrible. Changes constantly with staff. Management don’t reply timely to emails or don’t reply at all. Office often closed when it should be open. Maintenance rarely responds. And they had the nerve to increase the rent. We won’t be renewing.
