Went as part of a birthday party. The playground was in disrepair and bolts were missing from some of the slides. The train was operational but since I couldn’t flag down anyone who seemed to work there I couldn’t inquire about it. Pizza magically appeared on the table but there was no one facilitating the group. I felt pretty alone even tho the place was packed. After just 5 mins of getting in we got an emergency call and asked if we could get a refund before we left sence we just got in they said yes but I didn’t have my card with me so they asked to get my card and come back on weekdays for a refund and I did that twice but they come up with different excuses everytime I go and the second time I went they said they will automatically refund me because the card numbers does not match the one they have on the receipt even though I gave them the same card I paid with and it’s a lie i... read more
Great party for 9 years old. Girls had a blast climbing and train. Pizza was good.
This place gets really busy but it is loads of fun kids to burn off some energy and engage in some fun play.
