I was very disappointed with our overall experience at Crash Crawley's compared to other indoor play place's where we've had parties. Many of the staff were very rude, and weren't around to help or answer any questions. It felt very much like a "fend for yourself" situation, where nothing was provided except for the bare minimum. They didn't even give us enough paper plates for the pizza, and when I asked for a few more I got a glare and attitude from one of the staff.
