Again the team at Crash Champions went above and beyond to repair my Porsche! From the first phone call to the completion of the repair in a short period of time, the team was very professional, caring and efficient to get my car repair completed. I had other options for the completion of this repair but my previous experience a year ago demonstrated they were trustworthy and professional so I came back for their assistance with this repair. I appreciate the customer first attitude and I will be back!
Several years ago (when they were named European Collision Repair) used them to repair damage to my rear bumper. They did the job so perfectly I couldn't even tell the damage had ever happened. When a truck hit my car in my parking lot, causing over $14k of damage requiring a new door, I returned to them and was assured that despite the name change they still had the same crew and quality. When I got my vehicle back I noticed some things were off, so I took it to a second shop and had a full inspection done. After inspecting, the second shop provided proof that all the repairs listed on the invoice Crash Champions had given me we’re not completed, yet they were paid to have done so. Ray and the crew over at Crash champions LUXE were amazing to work with!! I was all over the place looking for touch up paint and they were able to deliver!!! Awesome customer service and from the vehicles in their shop the work is immaculate!!! Hit up Ray or any of the staff to take care of any of your paint and body needs!!
