I cannot express or explain the exceptional and outstanding customer service I experienced here at Crash Champions in Jonesboro. From start to finish!!! They were attentive, extremely patient, and unbelievably knowledgeable about my needs. They took the time to take care of my wife’s vehicle and took care of her like she was apart of their family. There’s no other service center I’d recommend more!!!
Several years ago (when they were named European Collision Repair) used them to repair damage to my rear bumper. They did the job so perfectly I couldn't even tell the damage had ever happened. When a truck hit my car in my parking lot, causing over $14k of damage requiring a new door, I returned to them and was assured that despite the name change they still had the same crew and quality.
