My goodness, Lee was absolutely amazing. He listened to my complaints, handled my car issues, WITH CARE. He did not rush me even though this situation was pretty traumatic. Even when insurance called while we were talking, I tried to get insurance to call me back and he told me to sit down relax and take the call. I hope I never have to come here again but in the case that I do - I hope Lee is here to guide me through the process.

Having a luxury car, I was a little reluctant to let just any body shop fix my car; however, my insurance company guaranteed the repairs with Crash Champions so I agreed to go ahead with them and am so glad I did! I worked with Josh and his customer service was great. He worked with me when new damage was discovered after the initial drop-off. Do not know where to start. From delays to parts not ordered and replaced. Had to make 3 visits still not ready. I have to say I'll never come back for service to this location. Beware. If service performed check that it was done and there is paperwork showing that it was done
