I got rear ended. Needed a new bumper. Took a bit over a week. Which was fine. The bumper was good, however they scratched up the trunk and the quarter panel near the gas cap. I brought it in again to fix it just to leave with a differnt scratch on my car
I had the displeasure or working with the "Crash Champion" team summer 2025 at the recommendation of my insurance company after a fender bender. Long story short, I have been back three separate times to get issues with quality repaired only to keep getting disappointed. Most recently my windshield was replaced to fix a crack in my windshield by Safelite only to find that an issue that was previously reported to Crash Champions three times before (windshield trim) was again put together poorly with glue.
