I had the displeasure or working with the "Crash Champion" team summer 2025 at the recommendation of my insurance company after a fender bender. Long story short, I have been back three separate times to get issues with quality repaired only to keep getting disappointed. Most recently my windshield was replaced to fix a crack in my windshield by Safelite only to find that an issue that was previously reported to Crash Champions three times before (windshield trim) was again put together poorly with glue. My goodness, Lee was absolutely amazing. He listened to my complaints, handled my car issues, WITH CARE. He did not rush me even though this situation was pretty traumatic. Even when insurance called while we were talking, I tried to get insurance to call me back and he told me to sit down relax and take the call. I hope I never have to come here again but in the case that I do - I hope Lee is here to guide me through the process.
