Never even sent my estimate!! Called multiple times to follow up on my estimate ! I guess they don’t want to make money
Took my vehicle here for an estimate as directed by my insurance company. Everyone was very nice, accommodating and sympathetic, even when I went in the back door.
I cannot thank Crash Champions and, specifically, Raul enough! I called for information about a paintless dent repair and, although this wasn't a service they offered, Raul took the time to suggest a different mobile paintless dent repair co when I told him I needed the most cost effective option. His honesty and customer service say a lot about his character. If these are the kind of people who work at Crash Champions my faith in humanity has been restored!!!! Thanks, Raul!
03/25/2026- These Crash Losers still have not repaired the damage they caused to my front bumper. Mind you I went to them to repair my rear bumper. Don't let them wright on your vehicle. They will as soon as you pull up. And then let it bake in the sun. Terrible company and even worse management! 07/24/25- They still have not fixed the damage they created to my front bumper from writing/marking the prior chip. It is still baked on my bumper.
