I had an accident and went to Crash Champions Valrico for repairs. I have never had such amazing service. Josh kept me updated on the repair timeline. Made sure that Enterprise shuttle picked me up , even returned the rental for me. Upon picking up my car Raul went over everything that was repaired and asked if zi was satisfied and if anything needed to be addressed just let them know. I own a 05 Cadillac DeVille I had left front fender damaged. They replace the fender. They did a great job in matching up the paint also did a great job on the pinstriping the car. They also clean the interior of the car as well as the outside a great detailing job. I would highly recommend Crash Champions. I also included before and afterward pictures of the damage.
Car left the shop with damage to the window trim that was not there when it was dropped off. They claim it's hard water spots from a sprinkler but it's clearly some sort of chemical that ate away at the trim finish. They refuse to make it right.
No one is expecting to need a collision repair shop, but after Progressive recommended this company for some minor repairs, I am beyond happy with our experience. From the beginning, we received constant communication from our Advisor Jeff that helped remove any confusion about our expectations for repairs to include price, timeline, and parts.
