Not sure how to feel. She got the car back and still waiting on a part for her hood. it's been over a month. Finger prints left inside the car and loose car parts as well. Our ac has a hissing noise since then. And the part needed to be fixed was by the ac. Otherwise the repairs on the light was great and paint job is nice. She says she. She calls she's a I'm still waiting for a part. Unsure how to feel about this place.

Terrible experience from start to finish. They missed their completion deadline and completely ignored the actual mechanical and electrical damage in the impact zone, just doing the bare minimum cosmetic bodywork. My car was repaired, but one part was missing. I was told that as soon as the part came in, they would contact me and get it installed right away. It has now been over two months since I dropped off my car, and I’m still waiting for the part. I understand that sometimes parts can be delayed, but two months is a very long time, especi... read more
