My vehicle was referred to by State Farm for repairs after an auto collision in May 2026. Communication from Crash Champion was swift, they provided me with a rental set up and pick up and car was repaired in about 5-6 days. A few weeks after the repairs, my bumper became unhooked from the brackets & I set up another appointment for them to address. They stated that the brackets were not hooked properly and readjusted. I would NOT recommend Crash Champions AT ALL. This repair was part of an insurance claim, and while my insurance company certainly has its own share of responsibility for how poorly this claim has been handled, this review is specifically about my experience with Crash Champions and the quality of the work and communication from the repair shop itself. Moved in from Georgia a week after my car was hit on the front door driver side, after waiting for insurance agency to call I decided to go to Crash Champion Collision Repair in Valrico Fl. Met with Johan associate for this repair shop and this young man was just a pleasure to speak too, incredibly professional, friendly and willing to answer all my questions, listened to my concerns and with his peaceful demeanor did his thing.
