5 Star : My Experience The very first day I got to the shop, the young lady at the desk that I believe her name was Vanessa, she was very nice to me all while handling multiple people who entered and were already seated. One thing that stands out, I was afraid to leave my vehicle in the same lot it was broken into while waiting for a repair. She made room for me, I was relieved.
