I don't know if it had anything to do with the repairs/work done on my car, but it wasn't loose before I turn it in even after the fender bender. Carlos did an outstanding job of keeping me informed on progress, while Vanessa was extremely welcoming and customer focused. There was great communication, expedient service and even the coordination in arranging for a rental while my vehicle was serviced. I would definitely refer this shop and team to family and friends.
