1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Although some staff members where very polite I still don't feel they went above and beyond for me. It feels as if once they recieved the check from the insurer they completely forgot about me until my agent stepped in. 4 Star : Repair Quality I can't give a 10 since I'm still waiting on parts for the vehicle.
