0 Star : My Experience I brought my car there for repair after accident. They paint some parts of the car, granted I knew they could not repaint the entire car. Well they could have for what I paid, but I was told allstate would not cover it. On my passenger door there is a rough patch that was there before. But it would have been nothing for them to polish that small section. But they did not! If it were my business I would have polished it. spray some shine or something on the spot. But they did not! 5 Star : My Experience Everyone did a fantastic job. I was treated with respect and the customer service was outstanding. A special shout-out to the ladies at the front desk. An even bigger shout-out to my girl Vanessa. She kept me in the loop, helped me get my things I left in the car, and was a calming presence over the phone.
