5 Star : My Experience It took a loooong time. I can't compare it to anything. The crew in Portsmouth offered to say past closing to finish up, and that resulted in the vehicle being ready for pickup on the scheduled delivery date. Kelly was great. In fact my intake desk person was cheery and friendly early in the morning (rare), Rebecca on the phone was always eager and friendly. It was a miserable 4+ week wait, but Crash Champs made it not worse, but tolerable. Thanks.
