Sure my car is fine and fixed after 3 week but what I don’t appreciate is the lack of empathy or even a care. I called the day before my car was scheduled to be ready and tried to explain the importance of why I needed my car and was immediately interrupted with “there’s no time estimate and nothing we can do”. If anyone gives them less than five stars there’s no way it has anything to do with their quality of work. I personally have no complaints, (yes they took a while, but consider the incredible level of damage coming to them because of their great reputation for repairing near totaled cars) I was hit on the interstate by an 18 wheeler and I was scared my car would possibly get totaled. Crash champions charged my company almost my cars entire value just to fix the cosmetics of my vehicle and not the mechanical part . Two days after I received my vehicle, my engine began to smoke and my car overheated and would not start back up. I then had to tow my vehicle to the nearest crash champions within the state that I live in and it took Almost 2 weeks for information to be transferred from one shop to another .This place is a body shop not a collision repair center.
