0 Star : My Experience The work that was completed was good. However, what I asked for wasn't done. The entire time I thought work was being completed based on what I said and I wanted and when I picked up my vehicle it wasn't. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1.5 Star : Repair Quality I feel like I was misled on work that was supposed to be done. 1.5 Star : Customer Service they don't answer the phone or reply to emails. when you do talk to them they are nice but hard to get ahold of. 4 Star : Returned Clean
5 Star : My Experience Am happy with their customer service and their flexibility to get my 4WD truck into the shop for repairs during inclement weather which caused me to reschedule several dates. Needing my truck during the snow and ice storms created an extra challenge they met easily. The repairs were done well and are impossible to pick out from the rest of the truck bed.
