I only used crash champions because it was who at fault persons insurance worked with. 4 Star : Repair Quality I see that service king has carried over their process of asking people for 10 ratings instead of earning them. You shouldn’t have to ask for a 10, your work should speak for itself. 4 Star : Customer Service I had to call for updates instead of being called.

5 Star : My Experience I loved the texts telling me what stage my car was in. Great communication. My car looks brand new. I was very surprised to get my car back so soon. Meghan was delightful at the front desk. They cleaned my car and I felt like I was in a brand new car when I drove off the lot. Could not have been happier. Bonus…lifetime warrenty on their work. Perfect!

The only small issue is the new paint doesn’t exactly match but I assume as it ages they will blend together better. I don’t have a lot of experience in how paint should match after a repair but overall very well done thank you.
