My vehicle has been at this location for 3 weeks and they haven't done any work repairing it because they claim they can't move it into their garage to repair it. Instead of finding a solution they are sitting twiddling their thumbs while I am unable to use my vehicle which I need repaired. All they do is send me texts stating they are delaying the estimate for when repairs will be completed. Of course there are delays, because they aren't doing anything. I was told by the first representative that my vehicle could potentially be 'buffed out' and 'worse case they would need to replace the panel'. After a week I was notified the first representative was wrong, due to the type of vehicle the repairs would be extensive resulting in a total lose to insurance. I stated that I understood however I would choose not to do the work and come pick up it up. Absolutely amazing! In a world full of craziness its so refreshing to be able to pull in on an early morning without an appointment for help and support to get the collision repair process going. Mark was very helpful and made sure that the car was temporarily secured and safe for driving until full collision can take place. He was transparent with the entire process and let me know what to expect with timeline, repairs, and next steps. The front office staff was very gracious in helping me file my claim with insurance.
