All I can say is that they were all professional, did everything the way it needed to be done. They were on point and didn’t take any longer to provide an estimate or for State Farm to get back to me. The person who did my estimate is such an awesome Employee and listened to everything that I asked for. The front desk Mini, she is the sweetest of them all and very professional, also welcoming. I highly recommend that anyone who has to deal with your car to go see them. Thank you for your help. 11/10!!!
My experience was not good. The car now rattles, so I am worried something was not fixed properly. Additionally, there is paint damage on the right side, the side that was affected. You would think this would have been part of the repair. finally, the service was poor. I was told to come get the car, and it was a long distance drive for me to do so. Crash Champions Collsion still refuse to return my telephone. Mr Patrick, Still refuse to fix a part on my car that they never replace. let your insurance company know DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE. The take short cut fix cars and do not return cars and half of the insurance company are part of the issue
Josh turned my experience around tremendously! I wasn’t happy in the beginning, but once Josh took over the process, it improved a lot! He answered my questions with empathy completely understanding my frustration. When I got my car back, it looked better than before. Ms. Minnie is also a sweetheart. I like her communication and urgency to handle my questions.
